6XD-3The upright metallographic microscope has dual functions of transmission and reflection, and can be used as a dual-purpose metallographic and biological microscope to observe the surface structure of reflective specimens such as metals and silicon wafers. Metal material quality inspection, metallographic structure analysis of metal parts after processing, quality inspection of patterns during silicon wafer lithography process, and observation of surface microstructures of other reflective specimens can be conducted in industrial and mining laboratories. It can also be used to observe the surface structure of transparent specimens with certain reflectivity.
